149 organizations participated in the study conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute, of which 136 qualified for the recognition process. Great Place To Work® Institute’s research methodology isrecognized as rigorous and objective and considered as the gold standard for defining great workplacesacross business, academia and government organizations. This year, the ‘Top 50, Best IT–BPM companies to Work For in India’ are being recognized.
Intuit ranked No. 7 on “India’s Best Companies to Work For – 2015” list by the Great Place to Work Institute and The Economic Times. The company improved upon its No. 8 ranking in 2014 and marked its seventh successive year on the list and in the top 10 for the 3rd time in 4 years. Intuit India also ranked 4th in the IT industry category and 3rd in Best Companies in Supporting Women To Remain at Work category. Forbes released its third annual The World’s Most Innovative Companies list, featuring the top 100 most innovative companies. Intuit ranked number 56, up one spot from last year. In the past three years, Intuit has jumped 30 spots on Forbes’ innovation list from number 87 to 56. This year, Salesforce.com maintained its position at the top of the list as World’s Most Innovative Company. Forbes created this list to be more than a subjective ranking, using research by Jeff Dyer and Hal Gregorson to rank companies by their “innovation premium,” or “the difference between their market capitalization and a net present value of cash flows from existing businesses (based on a proprietary formula from HOLT⁄Credit Suisse).” The list only includes companies with at least seven years of public financial data.
