Intuit India collaborates with GSF Global 2014
Aims to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country

Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU), a leading provider of business and financial management solutions for small and mid–sized businesses announced its collaboration with GSF Global 2014, reflecting its continued focus on fostering the growth of the start–up community in India. In an event held at the Intuit office in Bangaloreon June 11, the two organizations announced the names of the twelve high–tech start–ups shortlisted for the GSF Global 2014 program. Intuit is committed to being on the forefront of innovation taking place in the country and is constantly seeking ways to develop closer ties with the start–up community to maintain a pulse on the memes and innovative technologies being developed in India and globally.
GSF’s trademark program, GSF Accelerator started in 2012 is one of India’s well renowned Tech Accelerator program providing promising start–ups with unparalleled access to venture and business networks, personalized and intensive mentoring and initial capital. Little Eye Labs, funded through GSF’s 1st batch was acquired by Facebook in 2013. GSF has now launched GSF Global, its cross–border accelerator program for emerging world start–ups with innovative global solutions.
GSF Global 2014 kick–started in India on June 2, 2014 and was hosted at the Intuit Bangalore office. Intuit has played a strategic role in this program through sharing company’s best practices in customer driven innovation and by providing mentorship coaching to GSF start–ups in designing awesome products through lean experimentation.

GSF Global 2014 aims to connect entrepreneurs to peers, mentors and potential long term advisors to the company, help start–ups build partnerships and business relationships to launch products in their target markets and connect them with local venture funds and Angel Investors to raise funds. Out of 10–12 start–ups which will be selected to participate in the program 8 will be from India and the rest from South East Asia, Eastern Europe and North America. This 13 week program started from June 2nd and will run across Bangalore, India, Silicon Valley, Singapore, New York, Boston and Toronto.
